Redeem A Voucher

If you already have a voucher for one of our fantastic experiences and you wish to book in, the process is very simple.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER:

• Make sure you have your gift voucher to hand.
• CLICK the VIP Experience button of your choice below.

You will be taken to our online booking system, where you can book in on your selected date.

PLEASE NOTE:

• If you wish to add additional participants or, or if you have any special accessibility requirements or allergies that may be relevant, please let us know when you book.
• You may also call us on 01522 754280 during normal open times. (Try to avoid lunchtime at weekends and holidays!)
